Compliance Legal Services

The Factory provides legal assistance and consultancy to public and private parties for the creation and management of compliance systems in the fields of Anti-Money Laundering, Privacy and administrative liability of legal persons (Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001).
Our consulting activities include the definition and updating of procedures relating to anti-money laundering directives, Privacy directives through internal and external audit models, as well as the drafting of forms, the definition of roles and appointments, and rules of conduct within the company.
Our services also embrace the preparation of organisation models, codes of ethics and the management of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 for companies, start-ups and public entities.
